Finding it hard to get motivated? Find yourself a personal trainer – or even download an app on your phone – to keep track of your progress and get you sweating routinely.
Drew Beckley, a personal trainer at New You, gave our account executive, Chaz Wilson, a few ab workouts that anyone can incorporate into their daily or weekly workouts. Drew suggests doing this set four times with reps of 20. “The last set you do should be full-out – until you fail.”
