Treat yourself to homemade spa goodness by whipping together bath teas, body butter, or bath soaks, all of which pamper into ease.

BATH TEA

Bath Teas are exactly what they sound like: a tea pouch
for your bath. Draw yourself a nice hot bath and dunk
a pouch in the steamy water; prepare to steep away…

1/2 Cup of Dried Milk
1/2 Cup of Organic Oats
1/2 Cup of Dried Lavender
1/2 Cup of Dried Chamomile
10 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
5 Drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Muslin Cloth or Cheesecloth
String

Mix all ingredients well and scoop heaping spoonfuls
onto cloth squares, tying tightly together with the string.

Milky Bath Soak

Relish in this luxurious milk bath, made right at home. Throw in
some fresh rose petals, and you’re royalty.
1/4 Cup of Dried Milk
Pinch of Dried Lavender
Pinch of Dried Chamomile
Pinch of Any Bath Salt

Mix all ingredients well. Dried herbs will collect in drain after bath.

Body Butter

Making your own body butter takes more time but is worth the investment. Choose whichever
scents make you sigh and prepare to have hydrated and happy skin!

2 ounce of Shea Butter
1/2 ounce of Coconut Oil
1/2 ounce of Jojoba Oil
1/2 ounce of Argan Oil
20 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
Double Boiler
Electric Mixer

Melt the shea butter and coconut oil in the double boiler using the electric mixer. Mix in the
argan and jojoba oil once the mixture is melted. Take the entire bowl off the heat and allow
the mixture to reach room temperature. Add the peppermint essential oil, or any essential oils
of your choice. Mix well and allow to sit at room temperature for two hours.

Prior to placing the mixture in the fridge, mix it again for a good three minutes. Then let it sit
in the fridge overnight. In the morning, let it sit at room temperature for another two hours.
Now brace yourself to break the mixture and whip it into an amazing buttery texture. Enjoy!
