Everything takes practice, including pursuing your dream. After 40 years of business experience as CEO of the El Paso Sports Commission and El Paso County Coliseum and part-owner of radio stations around the city, Brian Kennedy pursued his dream of becoming a lawyer. After decades in the world of entertainment, Kennedy brings a well-honed understanding of the unique needs of entertainers, promoters, artists and multi-party events.
“I had decades of business experience before I became a lawyer. So, I look at transactions, why things work the way they do, and the law itself from a real life perspective of each parties’ needs and what they are trying to achieve.”
As a solo practitioner, Kennedy practices contract negotiation, arbitration and mediation, criminal, and sports and entertainment law. Brian was raised to give back and dedicates part of his time to pro bono work, representing those without representation.
