The process of buying a home is no easy task, and with a background in providing stellar customer service, Sandy Azcona helps her clients navigate the loan process to make it much easier. Having previously worked as a construction project manager with over 25 years of leadership management experience, she saw an opportunity to provide valuable customer service as a loan officer that she recognized, firsthand, was lacking. “You need to set up the right expectations, you need to educate your customer base and you need to communicate throughout the process,” Sandy says.
Working with a mortgage broker allows Sandy to provide different loan options to meet the client’s goals. She is able to effectively structure loan proposals and offer certain loans that banks are not able to. Sandy says, “My job is to paint the picture to the loan company’s underwriters, so they get to know my clients, understand their history, so their loans can be approved.” As a three-time cancer survivor, Sandy knows what it means to not give up and likes the challenge of taking somebody who may be credit challenged and see them all the way through to achieve their dream of buying a home. Although licensed in the State of Texas, Sandy is not only able to help the community in El Paso but people from both in and out of state to invest in property right here in the Sun City.
