Chiropractic manipulation is an alternative approach to healing the body and restoring it to its full and maximum potential. With this in mind, Southwest Chiropractic opened in 1998 as a means to help the people in the city of El Paso, who had been suffering with pain for years. Since their opening, they have expanded to three locations to better serve the community. They provide a variety of treatments from chiropractic manipulation, which provides pain relief and reduces activity intolerance, to passive therapy and rehabilitation, used to optimize a patient’s recovery. Their specialty, however, is in treating personal injury and employees injured in the course of employment.
As a family business, that sense of family extends onto their staff and creates a positive workplace culture, which in turns leads to making patients feel at home. “We take pride in our staff and the quality service they provide to all our guests … they give the best possible care, so patients always walk out feeling better than when they first walked in,” says manager, Nancy Aguayo. Since no patient is ever turned down, Southwest Chiropractic treats patients from all walks of life and anyone from newborns to elderly. In addition, as active members in the community, they participate where they can contribute, from health fairs to blood drives and contributing to the El Paso Victims Fund. Southwest Chiropractic is active in the needs of its city, and as their motto states, “Your Health is Our Well Being.”
