David, Alejandro, and their team strive on combining the best of two eras with their wood-fired oven and their signature dough while adding a border town twist with ingredients ranging from habanero sauce, to grasshoppers, to al pastor pork—without forgetting classics like the margherita and pepperoni. The pies at St. Augustine are baked in a brick oven with fresh, never-frozen, ingredients. The dough is also prepared in-house. There will never be a rack of prepared dough pies waiting idly for customers to arrive. Much like with the ingredients, there is a vast array of wine and craft beer to accompany any meal. St. Augustine features locally brewed beers as well as international choices. The servers at St. Augustine will help you find the perfect brew for you. As runner-up of The City Magazine’s Best Pizza Award, in just their first year, St. Augustine continues to perfect their craft to make El Paso proud.
