Owner Brandon Lane is excited to introduce his new outdoor and sporting goods company, Black Flag Outfitters, to the El Paso community. Its floors are stocked with name brand products like outdoor apparel from Patagonia, Danner boots, Yeti brand backpacks and coolers and Garmont tactical boots. Black Flag Outfitters is one of the largest Oakley sunglass dealers in the United States. While the company plans on opening a location on Yarbrough and a westside location in 2020, they would like to invite the Borderplex region to visit their Airway location today.
Black Flag Outfitters’ mission is to promote outdoor activities, while highlighting the unique beauty that is the borderland. In an effort to help El Paso transform itself into a city whose residents utilize the landscape, from the Franklin’s to Hueco Tanks, the desire is to host events that get the public outside and active. A black flag symbolizes the act of no surrender. In honor of the August 3rd victims and proven resilience of a beautiful community, all in-store profits for the month of October will be donated to One Fund El Paso. Black Flag Outfitters wants to be El Paso’s go-to spot for outdoor apparel and gear.
